Located near the square, station one is our oldest station. Built in 1963, station one used to be conjoined with the Waxahachie police department. Since then, it has been converted to fire admin, but the original jail cells still remain. The administrative side of the building was opened in 1985 and was remodeled in 2021. The Jailhouse’s specialties include incidents off the road to small containable Haz-mats.
